Tour Braga and Guimarães
Discover two of the most beautiful cities in Northern Portugal. Guimarães, one of the most important historical cities of the country, making it one of the largest tourist centers of the North, classified by UNESCO as a world heritage site in 2001. Its monuments breathe history and delight those who visit it. Braga is considered the capital of the Minho Region, being one of the oldest Portuguese cities and one of the oldest Christian cities in the world.

Partida do Hotel em direção à cidade de Braga, situada no Norte de Portugal, Visitaremos os 3 santuários que constituem o famoso Triângulo da Fé: O Santuário do Bom Jesus; O Santuário do Sameiro e a Sé, caracteriza-se pelos diferentes estilos arquitetónicos Romano, Manuelino e Barroco. Aqui encontram-se os túmulos de Henrique de Borgonha, Conde de Portugal e sua esposa, Teresa de Leão, pais de D.Afonso Henriques. Saída de Braga em direção a Guimarães, aqui iremos visitar o Castelo de Guimarães (um dos monumentos mais conhecidos de Portugal e onde nasceu D.Afonso Henriques, o 1º Rei de Portugal); a Capela de S.Miguel (de acordo com a lenda onde foi batizado D.Afonso Henriques); e o Palácio dos Duques de Bragança (classificado como monumento nacional desde 1910, este palácio funciona como Museu).
Departure from the Hotel towards the city of Braga, located in the north of Portugal. We will visit the 3 sanctuaries that make up the famous Faith Triangle: Sanctuary of Bom Jesus; The Shrine of Sameiro and the Cathedral, is characterized by the different architectural styles Romano, Manuelino and Baroque. Here are the tombs of Henry of Burgundy, Count of Portugal and his wife, Teresa of Leon, parents of D.Afonso Henriques. Departure from Braga towards Guimarães, here we will visit the Castle of Guimarães (one of the most famous monuments in Portugal and where D.Afonso Henriques, the 1st King of Portugal was born); the S.Miguel Chapel (according to the legend where D.Afonso Henriques was baptized); and the Palace of the Dukes of Bragança (classified as a national monument since 1910, this palace functions as Museum).
