Being the first region of the world to be demarcated for wine production, the Douro Valley is now a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and famous for having an unusual and fantastic landscape. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a wine tasting at one of the region's farms.
ITINERÁRIO/ITINERARY
The pick-up for the tour starts at 08.00 in the morning (In Porto and Gaia hotels*) with passes through Amarante, Lamego, Pinhão and winerys. In Amarante you will have the opportunity to visit the Church and Convent of São Gonçalo such as the São Gonçalo bridge. In Lamego you will visit the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora dos Remédios. In Pinhão you can taste the Trasmontana gastronomy, take a boat trip and during the afternoon visit one of the wine producing estates of the region. The tour will be experienced in a luxury car. * For pick-up outside this area a fee is added.
